The house was built in 1909 and last renovated in the summer of 2020. On the ground floor you find the kitchen and the bathroom with shower and washing machine as well as two bedrooms with one single bed in each room. On the second floor you find the living room with a bed sofa and seperate sleeping area. From the hallway on the second floor you also have exit to the small roof terrace.
The house has a private entrance (separate from our garden) and a patio with outdoor furniture and grill.
