We that welcome you is a family of four, Maria, Greger and our two daughters Emma and Sofie. We live in the house ”next door” to the guesthouse with our cat Nova and the two hamsters Pixie and Nobert. The guesthouse is located at the corner of our garden but with a seperate entrance and a private patio, seperated from ours.
For some time we have welcomed students during the semesters and families and couples during the summer to stay in our guesthouse. We only rent to non-smokers and pets are not allowed.
The neighburhood is a nice area with villas that is located a short bike ride from Malmö centre with all the restaurants, the beach, the university and the Central Station.
There is a bus stop close with busses to Malmö centre every ten minutes or so. There are grocery stores in the area and also a tennis club and a gym. We also recommend the cafe Cafe 53.
