The house is absolutely smoke- and pet free. The non-smoking rule also apply in the garden.
During the semesters we mainly rent on monthly basis to female students.
During the summer months it is possible for families or couples to rent the house on weekly basis.
The rent always include heating, electricity, water, garbage collection and free internet.
